We are now looking for a secure and engaged student resource for Högakustenskolan's middle school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your task is to provide specific support to a student in both educational and social contexts, ensuring the student has the best possible conditions to succeed in school. As a student resource, you are an important part of the student's daily life. You provide individual support during lessons and breaks, helping the student with structure, focus, and social interaction. You collaborate with teachers and the student health team regarding the student's needs and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment.

The position is 50%.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma. It is a merit if you have education in social work, pedagogy, special education, or similar fields.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
• Good ability to build relationships and trust.
• Patience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach.

We place great importance on personal suitability, as it is crucial that you and the student work well together.

A B driver's license is required.
